GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Insecticide Resistance Warning
For insecticide resistance management, Alsystin is a Group 15A insecticide. Some naturally occurring insect biotypes resistant to Alsystin and other Group 15A insecticides may exist through normal genetic variability in any insect population. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the insect population if Alsystin and other Group 15A insecticides are used repeatedly. The effectiveness of Alsystin on resistant individuals could be significantly reduced. Since occurrence of resistant individuals is difficult to detect prior to use, Bayer CropScience Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any losses that may result from the failure of Alsystin to control resistant insects. Alsystin may be subject to specific resistance management strategies. Mixing
Mix Alsystin 250 in sufficient water to uniformly and accurately apply the required amount to the casing or compost – see critical comments.

Compatibility
Alsystin 250 is compatible with most commonly used wettable powder formulations of insecticides and fungicides. The compatibilities given are based on world wide experience and are considered correct. However, as changes in climatic conditions can alter the sensitivity of plants to mixtures of sprays, we accept no responsibility for the behaviour of such mixtures.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

MUSHROOMS
Pest: Sciarid flies
Rate: Casing treatment - 20 g/300 L bale of peat moss, ie 140 g/tonne of casing
Critical comments: Dilute Alsystin 250 in a sufficient volume of water to enable the product to be incorporated thoroughly into casing to the point of saturation.
Rate: Compost treatment – 40 g/tonne of compost
Critical comments: For use if sciarid infestation during spawn run: dilute Alsystin 250 in a sufficient volume of water to enable the product to be incorporated thoroughly into the compost to the point of saturation. Apply to compost after peak heating. Incorporate thoroughly.
