GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

FARMALINX BOMBER 750 SG is a soluble granule herbicide effective against a range of standing weeds and emerging seedlings. It halts growth rapidly, with symptoms appearing over 30 days. The active material is absorbed through foliage and roots, translocating throughout plants. Pre-emergence control is achieved through foliage treatments, releasing active material into the soil following plant decay.

RESISTANT WEEDS WARNING

FARMALINX BOMBER 750 SG Herbicide, belonging to the imidazolinone group, inhibits acetolactate synthase (ALS) and is categorized as a Group B herbicide. Some naturally occurring weed biotypes resistant to this herbicide and other Group B herbicides may exist, potentially dominating weed populations. Since detecting resistant weeds is challenging, Farmalinx Pty Ltd does not accept liability for losses due to herbicide failure.

APPLICATION

Faster weed control occurs under favorable growing conditions. Rainfall within two hours of drying may reduce effectiveness.

SPRAYING INSTRUCTIONS

  • For medium volume spraying, use a calibrated spray boom for even coverage, ensuring no spray drift onto desirable vegetation.

  • For high volume application, use a hand gun or knapsack to apply enough spray to wet the surface visibly without run-off.

MIXING

Pour the required amount of FARMALINX BOMBER 750 SG into a spray container holding the total water required. Mix thoroughly, and if added during filling, watch for foaming, which can be managed with an antifoaming agent.

COMPATIBILITY

Certain herbicides may be mixed for faster weed knockdown, but avoid bipyridyl herbicides like paraquat, which lead to poor weed control when mixed.

PROTECTION MEASURES

  • Avoid application under conditions or from equipment causing spray drift onto susceptible plants/crops, aquatic areas, or desirable trees and plants.

  • Prevent run-off onto agricultural land or desirable vegetated areas. Dispose of washings away from desirable plants and roots.

  • While low hazard to bees, do not use treated vegetation for stock feed.

  • Prevent contamination of waterways with the chemical or used containers.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Store in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area away from sunlight. Triple or pressure rinse containers before disposal, following local waste management regulations. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on-site. If recycling, return clean containers to a designated collection point. If not recycling, deliver empty packaging to an approved waste management facility. Do not burn empty containers or product.
