GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
MIXING:
- Half-fill the spray unit with water.
- Add the required amount of AC Carnage 300 Herbicide.
- Add the remaining water with the agitator running.
- Agitate continuously for thorough mixing.
- Only mix enough chemical for each day's work.
- When using tank mixtures, follow the specified order of addition for different formulations.
COMPATIBILITY:
- Compatible with various broadleaf herbicides and grass herbicides in cereal and broadleaf crops.
- Follow the recommended order when adding to the spray tank.
APPLICATION:

Boom and Aerial Spraying Crop and Pastures:
- Apply in sufficient water for good coverage.
- Use accurately calibrated ground rig or aircraft.
- Deliver 200-300 micron droplets, not less than 50L/ha for boom sprayers and no less than 20L/ha for aerial applications.

Hardhead Thistle:
- Use a spray volume of 200-250L/ha of water.

Silver Wattle:
- Ground boom spray: 150-200L/ha of water.
- Aircraft: Minimum spray volume of 50L/ha.

High Volume Hand Gun:
- Apply the recommended mix for full coverage of leaves and stems.
- Use a No6-8 tip at 700-1500kPa.
- Spray volume for dense silver wattle: 30-40 litres per 100m².
CLEANING SPRAY EQUIPMENT:
- Rinse water should be discharged onto a designated disposal area or unused land.
- Partial Cleaning (Before spraying other labeled or tolerant crops):
- Empty the spray unit and drain the system.
- Wash inside the unit with a pressure hose.
- Quarter-fill the tank, circulate water, drain, and repeat the procedure twice.
- Complete Cleaning (Before spraying susceptible crops):
- Follow partial cleaning steps.
- Quarter-fill the tank, add an alkaline detergent, circulate for 15 minutes.
- Drain, remove filters and nozzles, clean separately.
- Flush the system with clean water.
RESISTANT WEEDS WARNING:
- AC Carnage 300 Herbicide is a Group I herbicide in the pyridines group.
- Some naturally-occurring resistant weed biotypes may exist; repeated use may lead to dominance by resistant weeds.
- No liability for losses resulting from the failure of AC Carnage 300 Herbicide to control resistant weeds.
PROTECTION OF CROPS, NATIVE AND NON-TARGET PLANTS:
- Do not apply to crops or pastures for compost or mulches.
- Avoid damage to susceptible crops; do not allow spray drift.
PLANT BACK PERIODS:
- Sow susceptible crops listed above: 9 months after applications up to 300mL/ha, 12 months after excess of 300mL/ha and up to 500mL/ha.
- Field peas: At least 2 years after rates exceeding 500mL/ha.
PROTECTION OF LIVESTOCK:
- Do not graze or cut treated crops for stock food except as specified under WITHHOLDING PERIODS.
PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS, AND ENVIRONMENT:
- Low toxicity to fish, birds, honeybees, livestock, earthworms, and aquatic organisms.
- Do not contaminate water bodies with chemical or used containers.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:
- Store in a closed, original container in a cool, well-ventilated area.
- Triple or pressure rinse containers before disposal.
- Dispose of containers according to recycling or waste management facility guidelines.
SMALL SPILL MANAGEMENT:
- Wear protective equipment (see SAFETY DIRECTIONS).
- Apply absorbent material to the spill.
- Sweep up material for disposal and contain in a refuse vessel.
- Wash the spill area with an alkali detergent and water if necessary; absorb wash liquid for disposal.
