GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

MIXING:

  • Imtrade Commander Cereal Herbicide can only be mixed with water.
  • Mix sufficient chemical for each day's use; avoid storing the mix.
  • Half-fill the spray tank with water, add the required quantity of Imtrade Commander Cereal Herbicide, and complete filling.
  • Agitate continuously for thorough mixing before and during application.
  • For tank mixtures, follow the order: wettable powder or dry flowable formulations, suspension concentrates, water-soluble salts, emulsifiable concentrate formulations, spraying oils, and surfactants (if required).

COMPATIBILITY:

  • Imtrade Commander Cereal Herbicide is compatible with various broadleaf and grass herbicides, adjuvants, and insecticides.
  • Not compatible with zinc products, copper salts, manganese sulphate, hard water, or water clarified with alum.

APPLICATION METHODS

A. Ground Application (Boom):

  • Apply with an accurately calibrated boom sprayer, using at least 50L/ha water.
  • Use flat fan nozzles with pressures in the range of 200 to 300 kPa.
  • Set the boom at a height to ensure a double overlap of the nozzle pattern.

B. Aerial Application:

  • Apply in a minimum volume of 35L/ha water.
  • Use equipment calibrated to produce droplets with an average diameter of 200-250 microns.
  • DO NOT apply when the temperature is above 30°C, with no wind, or when the wind is blowing towards susceptible crops.

CLEANING SPRAY EQUIPMENT:

  • Rinse water should be discharged onto a designated disposal area or wasteland away from desirable plants and water courses.
  • Rinse the tank completely after use; wash inside with a pressure hose. Clean filters in the tank, pump, lines, hoses, and nozzles.
  • For decontamination (before spraying cotton and other sensitive crops), wash the tank, rinse the system, add alkali detergent, circulate for at least 15 minutes, drain the system, remove filters and nozzles for separate cleaning, flush the system with clean water, and allow to drain.

RESISTANT WEEDS WARNING:

  • Imtrade Commander Cereal Herbicide is a Group I Herbicide with disruptors of plant cell growth.
  • Some naturally-occurring weed biotypes resistant to the product may exist.
  • Imtrade Australia Pty Ltd accepts no liability for losses due to the failure of this product to control resistant weeds.

PROTECTION OF CROPS, NATIVES, AND OTHER NON-TARGET PLANTS:

  • DO NOT apply under weather conditions causing spray drift onto nearby susceptible crops, plants, or pastures.
  • Crops susceptible to Imtrade Commander Cereal Herbicide include clovers, medics, lupins, peas, legumes, cotton, flowers, hops, grape, kiwi fruit vines, ornamentals, potatoes, safflower, shade trees, sugar beet, tobacco, tomatoes, tree fruits, and vegetables.
  • DO NOT use on land for susceptible crops within 12 months. Cereal crops and grasses can be sown safely after use.
  • This product may affect the regeneration or establishment of sensitive legumes.
  • DO NOT apply close to or on areas containing roots of desirable vegetation. Avoid moving sprayed soil to areas with susceptible crops.

GROUP I HERBICIDE

PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS, AND ENVIRONMENT:

  • DO NOT contaminate streams, rivers, or waterways with the chemical or used containers.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:

  • Store in the closed, original container in a cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid prolonged sunlight exposure.
  • Triple rinse containers before disposal. DO NOT dispose of undiluted chemicals on-site.
  • For Envirodrum (Micro Matic Valve), store sealed, avoid prolonged sunlight, do not tamper, and return empty to the point of purchase.
  • For refillable containers (1000L), empty contents fully, close valves, and return for refill or storage.
  • In case of small spills, wear protective equipment, use absorbent material, and dispose of properly.
  • Follow safety directions; harmful if swallowed, attacks eyes, and irritates the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If in eyes, wash immediately with water. DO NOT inhale spray mist. After use, wash hands, arms, and face thoroughly. Wash gloves, goggles, and contaminated clothing after each day's use.
