GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
MIXING
CUSTODIA FORTE is a suspension concentrate formulation. Ensure that CUSTODIA FORTE has completely resuspended before measuring to mix.
Add the required quantity of CUSTODIA FORTE to water in the spray vat while stirring or with agitators in motion.
Rinse the empty container with water and add rinsings to the spray tank.
APPLICATION
Dilute Spraying
For all crops, use a sprayer designed to apply high volumes of water up to the point of runoff and matched to the crop canopy size being sprayed.
Set up and operate the sprayer to achieve even coverage throughout the canopy.
Apply sufficient water to cover the crop to the point of run-off, avoiding excessive run-off.
The required water volume may be determined by applying different test volumes, using different settings on the sprayer, from industry guidelines or expert advice.
For grapes and almonds, adjust the amount of product added for each 100 L of water according to the Directions for Use table, if required dilute spray volume exceeds specific thresholds.
Concentrate Spraying
Use a sprayer designed and set up for concentrate spraying, matched to the crop being sprayed.
Set up and operate the sprayer to achieve even coverage throughout the crop canopy using your chosen water volume.
Determine an appropriate dilute spray volume for the crop canopy to calculate the concentrate mixing rate.
Calculate the mixing rate for concentrate accordingly.
Adjust spray volume, product amount per 100 L of water, and sprayer operation as the crop grows.
Resistance Warning
CUSTODIA FORTE is a member of the DMI and quinone outside inhibitors (Qols) group of fungicides.
It is both a Group 3 and a Group 11 fungicide.
Some naturally occurring individual fungi resistant to CUSTODIA FORTE and other Group 3 and/or Group 11 fungicides may exist.
Resistant fungi may dominate the population if these fungicides are used repeatedly, resulting in reduced efficacy and possible yield loss.
Precautions
RE-ENTRY PERIOD: Do not enter treated areas until the spray has dried unless wearing appropriate protective clothing.
Protections: Take extreme care to prevent injury to apple trees when using CUSTODIA FORTE. Avoid spray drift and contamination of the environment.
