General Instructions:

Resistance Warning:

  • DACOGREEN 720 WEATHERSHIELD is a GROUP M5 fungicide.
  • Some naturally occurring individual fungi resistant to DACOGREEN 720 WEATHERSHIELD and other Group Y fungicides may exist.
  • Resistant fungi can dominate the population if these fungicides are repeatedly used, resulting in reduced efficacy and possible yield loss.
  • Detection of resistant fungi is difficult prior to use; Colin Campbell (Chemicals) Pty. Ltd. accepts no liability for losses due to failure in controlling resistant fungi.

Mixing:

  • Thoroughly shake or roll the container to ensure a uniform mixture.
  • Mix the required quantity of the product with water in the spray tank with the agitator operating.
  • Agitate while operating to maintain uniformity.

Compatibility:

  • Compatible with wettable powder formulations of commonly used fungicides, insecticides, and miticides.
  • DO NOT combine with oil-based emulsifiable or flowable pesticides unless prior experience confirms non-injury to turf grass.
  • Avoid mixing with spraying oils or spraying on crops treated with oil for at least 10 days after the oil spray.
  • Wetting agents do not improve performance; certain surfactants can cause plant injury under specific conditions.

Protection of Livestock:

  • DO NOT contaminate feed or foodstuffs with the product or empty containers.
  • DO NOT graze treated turf or feed grass clippings from treated areas to animals or poultry.

Protection of Wildlife, Fish, Crustaceans, and Environment:

  • Dangerous to fish; avoid contaminating streams, rivers, or waterways with the chemical or used container.

Storage and Disposal:

  • Store in the closed, original container in a cool, well-ventilated area.
  • DO NOT store for prolonged periods in direct sunlight.
  • Triple or preferably pressure rinse containers before disposal; add rinsings to the spray tank.
  • DO NOT dispose of undiluted chemicals onsite.
  • If recycling, replace the cap and return clean containers to the recycler or designated collection point.
  • If not recycling, break, crush, or puncture and bury empty containers in a local authority landfill.
  • If no landfill is available, bury the containers below 500mm in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this purpose, away from waterways, desirable vegetation, and tree roots.
  • Empty containers and product should not be burnt.

  • Attacks eyes and skin; avoid contact.
  • DO NOT inhale spray mist; repeated exposure may cause allergic disorders.
  • Sensitive workers should use protective clothing.
