GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

INSECTICIDE RESISTANCE WARNING: Flipper 250 CS Insecticide belongs to Group 3A insecticides. Some insect biotypes resistant to it and other Group 3A insecticides may exist. Resistant individuals can dominate the insect population if used repeatedly. Consult local authorities for resistance management strategies.

MIXING:

  • With Water: Add Flipper 250 CS Insecticide to water under agitation. Do not let the solution stand for more than 24 hours.

  • With Oil (ULV Application): Mix with mineral spraying oil under agitation. Do not let the solution stand for more than 24 hours.

APPLICATION:

  • Good coverage is crucial. Apply by ground rig or aircraft. Do not apply if rain is expected within 6 hours.

  • Threshold values for eggs and larval numbers may vary. Apply 30 to 100 L/ha with ground rigs and 10 to 20 L water/ha for aerial application.

TIMING:

  • Apply Flipper 250 CS Insecticide as a protective treatment at regular intervals or at egg hatch for Helicoverpa spp.

CROP CHECKING:

  • Inspect crops regularly after spraying to ensure thorough kill. Apply treatment as necessary based on crop check results.

COMPATIBILITY:

  • Compatible with certain actives in water-based sprays and mineral spraying oils for ULV application.

PRECAUTIONS:

  • Human flagging is not supported without engineering controls.

  • Re-entry into treated areas is allowed only after the spray has dried. Wear appropriate protective clothing.

  • Toxic to bees. Avoid spraying when bees are foraging.

PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS, AND ENVIRONMENT:

  • Dangerous to fish and aquatic invertebrates. Prevent contamination of water bodies. Employ strategies to minimize spray drift.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:

  • Store in a cool, well-ventilated area away from sunlight. Triple rinse empty containers before disposal. Follow local regulations for disposal.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS:

  • Harmful if inhaled or swallowed. Will irritate eyes and skin. Avoid contact and wear protective clothing. Wash hands and contaminated clothing after use.
