GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Harrow 900WG Herbicide is a potent weedkiller with long-lasting soil activity. Use only as directed and at recommended rates. Results are slow to appear and depend on moisture carrying the product into the weed root zone. Soil type affects efficacy, with lower rates suitable for lighter soils and higher rates for heavier ones.

This product is most effective on moist bare soil or soil with minimal vegetation. Apply before the main growth period for optimal results, and ensure rainfall or irrigation within 3-4 days of application. For enhanced knockdown, add 600g/L non-ionic surfactant at 250-500 mL/100 L of water. If herbage is excessive, mix with Paraquick 250 Herbicide.

MIXING

Harrow 900WG Herbicide mixes readily with water. Add the required quantity steadily to the spray vat, which should be 50-75% full. Ensure agitation is running during addition and spraying. Thoroughly stir/agitate before spraying if left to settle. Avoid drawing accumulated particles into the outlet pipe. Do not pre-mix as a paste.

WETTING AGENT

For foliar spray on emerged weeds, add 600 g/L non-ionic surfactant at 125 mL/100 L of spray mixture.

COMPATIBILITY

Compatible with Paraquat 200 g/L and 250 g/L formulations.

WEED CONTROL ON NON-CROP LAND

Effective for residual control of many annual and perennial grasses and broadleaf weeds on non-crop land like irrigation and drainage ditches. Not satisfactory for established perennials like Bindweed and Johnson Grass. Control duration depends on application rate, soil type, rainfall, and weed species.

SELECTIVE USE IN CROPS

Apply recommended rates correctly for selective use in crops. Most effective on well-tilled, weed-free soil. Avoid spray drift onto fruit or foliage where not recommended for overall application. Wetting agents should only be used as specified.
