GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Insecticide Resistance Warning:

  • AC Impressor 600 Seed Dressing is a Group 4A insecticide.
  • Insect resistance management is crucial due to the possibility of resistant insect biotypes.
  • Resistant individuals may dominate the population with repeated use.
  • Axichem Pty Limited accepts no liability for losses resulting from the failure of AC Impressor 600 Seed Dressing to control resistant insects.
  • Specific resistance management strategies may apply; growers should consult local agricultural experts.

MIXING AND SEED TREATMENT:

Cotton:

  • Shake container vigorously before pouring or pumping.
  • Add water into the mixing vat, followed by flowable fungicides, coating agents, and AC Impressor 600 Seed Dressing.
  • Stir until homogeneous, then add emulsifiable liquid fungicide slowly while stirring.
  • Calibrate commercial seed dressing equipment for correct slurry seed dressing.
  • Ensure the seed dressing mixture is applied to the maximum number of seeds.
  • Store treated seed under cover in cool, dry conditions.
  • Do not treat seed with poor viability.
  • Do not store treated seed near foodstuffs or where it could be hazardous.

Forage, Seed Pasture, Canola, Lupin, Summer Crops:

  • Shake container vigorously before pouring.
  • Add the required quantity of AC Impressor 600 Seed Dressing to sufficient water.
  • Mix with seed and rotate for even coverage.
  • Apply the specified volume based on seed size.
  • Store treated seed under cover in cool, dry conditions.
  • Do not treat seed with poor viability.
  • Do not store treated seed near foodstuffs or where it could be hazardous.

Cereal Crops:

  • Shake container vigorously before pouring.
  • Add the required quantity of AC Impressor 600 Seed Dressing to sufficient water for even coverage.
  • The quantity of water used will vary based on equipment and seed quality.
  • Stir regularly; ensure 120 mL (or 240 mL) of AC Impressor 600 Seed Dressing is applied per 100 kg of seed.
  • Store treated seed under cover in cool, dry conditions.
  • Do not treat seed with poor viability.
  • Do not store treated seed near foodstuffs or where it could be hazardous.

SEED QUALITY:

  • Do not use AC Impressor 600 Seed Dressing on seed with more than 12% moisture content or poor viability.
  • Conduct a germination test on doubtful seed before treatment.
  • The use of AC Impressor 600 Seed Dressing mixed with water has no effect on the storage life of treated sound seed.

STORAGE OF TREATED SEED:

  • Do not store treated seed near foodstuffs or where it could be hazardous.
  • Store treated seed in a dry, well-ventilated place.
  • High moisture combined with high temperatures during storage may affect subsequent germination.

COMPATIBILITY:

  • Compatible with Baytan C Flowable Seed Dressing and Raxil C Flowable Seed Dressing for cereal seeds.
  • Do not exceed 600 mL of total mixture per 100 kg seed.
  • Compatible with Jockey Systemic Seed Fungicide and Semevin P Seed Dressing Insecticide.

PROTECTION OF LIVESTOCK:

  • Seed treated with AC Impressor 600 Seed Dressing must not be used for animal consumption or mixed with animal feed.
  • Do not allow treated seed to contaminate seed intended for animal consumption.

PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS, AND ENVIRONMENT:

  • Avoid contamination of ponds, waterways, and drains.
  • Do not allow treated seed or containers to be accessible to birds or wildlife.
  • Clean up any spillages of treated seed immediately.

PRECAUTIONS:

  • Keep stored treated seed separate from other grain.
  • Clearly mark bags or containers to indicate treated contents.
  • Do not allow treated seed to contaminate seed intended for human consumption.
  • Do not use treated seed for human consumption.
  • Do not use bags that held treated seed for other purposes.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:

  • Store the product in the closed, original container in a cool, well-ventilated area.
  • Rinse containers before disposal and add rinsings to the spray tank.
  • Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on-site.
  • Dispose of at a local authority landfill or bury the container below 500 mm in a disposal pit.
  • Do not burn empty containers and products.
