GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Shake well before use to ensure that the suspension is thoroughly mixed.

MIXING For canola: Premix Kenzar FS with water to a total volume of not less than 800 mL (product plus water) nor more than 1.6 L (product plus water) /100 kg seed. For cereals: Kenzar FS should be mixed with water to a minimum volume of 400 mL (product plus water)/ 100 kg seed and a maximum of 800 mL (product plus water)/100 kg seed before application. Maintain constant agitation of the slurry during application.

APPLICATION Coverage of all seeds is essential. Kenzar FS should be applied diluted with water in specialized seed treatment equipment. As for all such seed treatments, a good flow and metering system for the initial prepared solution is important. Depending on the type of seed treatment equipment, it may be necessary to increase the recommended amount of water slightly in order to ensure an optimal flow of the solution and an even treatment of seed.

Seed Quality Kenzar FS should not be used on seed with more than 12% moisture content, or on sprung, sprouted, damaged or severely pinched seed, or seed of poor viability. If in doubt, have a germination test carried out on the seed before treatment to ensure that it is of acceptable standard.

INSECTICIDE RESISTANCE WARNING Kenso Agcare Kenzar FS Flowable Seed Dressing Insecticide is a combination of a Group 4A and a Group 3A insecticide. Some naturally occurring insect biotypes resistant to Kenzar FS and other Group 4A and Group 3A insecticides may exist through normal genetic variability in any insect population. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the insect population if Kenzar FS and other Group 4A and Group 3A insecticides are used repeatedly. The effectiveness of Kenzar FS on resistant individuals could be significantly reduced. Since the occurrence of resistant individuals is difficult to detect prior to use, Kenso Agcare Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any losses that may result from failure of Kenzar FS to control resistant insects. Kenzar FS may be subject to specific resistance management strategies. For further information, contact your supplier, Kenso Agcare representative, or local agricultural department agronomist.

Aphid Resistance Management When seed has been treated with Kenzar FS, the first foliar insecticide/mite spray should be from a different insecticide group (i.e., not Group 4A or Group 3A).
