Additional Information (Not Part of the Authorized Label Text)

With many products, there is a general risk of resistance developing to the active ingredients. Due to the many crop and use-related factors influencing this, it is generally impossible to predict with certainty how resistance may develop. Therefore, a change in activity cannot be ruled out, and liability for damage or loss attributable to such resistance is excluded.

Numerous factors—such as weather conditions, soil conditions, crop plant varieties, crop rotation, treatment times, application amounts, admixture with other products, resistance development, and spraying techniques—can influence the product's activity. Under particular conditions, a change in activity or plant damage cannot be ruled out. The manufacturer or supplier is unable to accept liability in such circumstances.

All goods supplied are of high grade and believed to be suitable, but as control over their mixing, use, or the weather conditions during and after application is not possible, all conditions and warranties, statutory or otherwise, regarding quality or fitness for any purpose of the goods are excluded. No responsibility is accepted for any damage or injury arising from their storage, handling, application, or use, except as required by law under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 or any similar applicable law.
