GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS – Fungicide Resistance Warning:

Fungicide Resistance Warning: Magnate belongs to the DMI group of fungicides and, for fungicide resistance management, is classified as a Group 3 Fungicide. Naturally occurring individual fungi resistant to Magnate and other Group 3 Fungicides may develop through normal genetic variability in any fungal population. Repeated use of these fungicides can allow resistant fungi to dominate the population, resulting in reduced efficacy and possible yield loss. Colin Campbell (Chemicals) Pty, Ltd. accepts no liability for losses resulting from the failure of Magnate to control resistant fungi. It is challenging to detect resistant fungi before use.

General:

  • Magnate 750WG is freely soluble in water and can be used without the addition of a wetting agent in water with a pH below 7.
  • Use a buffering agent to correct water pH to neutral (pH=6-7).
