GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Imtrade MCPA LVE 500 EC Herbicide is designed for effective weed control. Follow these general instructions for optimal results:
Application Timing:
- Best results are achieved when applied to young, actively growing weeds.
- For annuals, spray when young; for perennials, spray just before the appearance of the bud stage.
- Apply when environmental conditions are favorable, with good soil moisture and at least 6 hours without expected rain.
- Avoid spraying in very wet or drought conditions, and do not spray in high winds.
Legume Tolerance:
- Different legume species have varying tolerance levels:
- Lucerne: Not tolerant
- Medics: Low tolerance
- Subclover: Moderate tolerance
- White Clover: High tolerance
- Strawberry Clover: High tolerance
- Important: Do not spray cereal crops undersown with lucerne to avoid potential damage.
Compatibility:
- This herbicide is compatible with various other herbicides, including Bromoxynil, Clopyralid, Chlorsulfuron, Metsulfuron, Diclofop-methyl, Diflufenican, Diuron, Fenoxaprop-ethyl, and Tebutryn flowable.
- When tank mixing, add the compatible product when the tank is nearly full and maintain agitation.
- Thoroughly re-agitate if the mixture stands overnight.
Mixing:
- Half fill the spray tank with clean water.
- Add the required amount of Imtrade MCPA LVE 500 EC Herbicide and agitate thoroughly.
- Add the remainder of the water and agitate again before spraying begins.
Application Equipment:
- For boom spraying, use 30-120 Liters of water per hectare.
- For aerial spraying, use 10-90 Liters of water per hectare.
- Clean equipment thoroughly after using this chemical, and do not use the equipment for other materials on sensitive plants without proper cleaning.
WEED RESISTANCE WARNING:
- Imtrade MCPA LVE 500 EC Herbicide belongs to Group I Herbicides with a disruptor of plant cell growth mode of action.
- Weed resistance may occur, and resistant weeds won't be controlled by this herbicide.
- Imtrade Australia Pty Ltd assumes no liability for losses due to herbicide resistance.
Protection of Crops and Environment:
- Avoid spray drift and vapor movement to susceptible crops, such as cotton, vines, tomatoes, vegetables, fruit trees, Lucerne, legume crops, pastures, oilseed crops, or other susceptible crops or trees.
- Do not apply under conditions that may cause drift onto nearby susceptible plants, crops, or pastures.
Storage and Disposal:
- Store in a closed, original container in a cool, well-ventilated area. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
- Triple rinse containers before disposal. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on-site.
- Follow recycling or disposal guidelines in compliance with local regulations. Do not burn empty containers or product.
Safety Directions:
- Harmful if swallowed. Attacks eyes. Will irritate the skin. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and inhalation of vapor.
- Wear protective clothing, including cotton overalls, gloves, hat, and goggles, when preparing and using the spray.
- Wash thoroughly after use, and wash contaminated clothing and equipment.
