General Instructions for Mildex WG Fungicide:

Application:

High Volume (Dilute Spraying):

• Mix specified rates of product per 100L water.
• Apply in sufficient water to thoroughly wet the crop to the point of run-off.
• Adjust water volume based on crop size and bulk.

Low Volume (Concentrate Spraying):

• Apply in sufficient water to ensure thorough, even coverage of all plant parts.
• Rate of product applied per hectare should be based on high volume application.

Special Instructions for Tree and Vine Crops:

Dilute Spraying:

• Use a sprayer designed for high volumes, matched to the crop.
• Set up and operate the sprayer for even coverage throughout the crop canopy.
• Apply sufficient water to cover the crop to the point of run-off.
• Avoid excessive run-off.
• Determine water volume through tests or expert advice.
• Add the specified amount of product for each 100L of water.
• Spray to the point of run-off.
• Adjust dilute spray volume and sprayer setup as the crop grows.

Concentrate Spraying:

• Use a sprayer designed for concentrate spraying.
• Set up and operate the sprayer for even coverage throughout the crop canopy with chosen water volume.
• Determine appropriate dilute spray volume for the crop canopy to calculate concentrate mixing rate.
• Calculate concentrate rate based on dilute label rate and concentration factor.
• Adjust spray volume, product amount, and sprayer setup as the crop grows.

Example for Concentrate Spraying:

• Dilute spray volume: e.g., 1500L/ha
• Chosen spray volume: e.g., 500L/ha
• Concentration factor: 3x (1500L ÷ 500L = 3)
• If dilute label rate is 10mL/100L, concentrate rate becomes 30mL/100L of concentrate spray.

Mixing:

• Slowly pour Mildex WG into the three-quarters filled spray tank with actively moving agitation.
• Observe the industry standard correct mixing procedure.

Compatibility:

• Compatible with wettable powder formulations of most commonly used fungicides, insecticides, and miticides.
• Avoid combinations with emulsion or miscible oils on sensitive crops.
• DO NOT MIX WITH LIME SULPHUR OR OTHER HIGHLY ALKALINE MATERIALS.
• DO NOT MIX WITH PRODUCTS CONTAINING CALCIUM.

Resistance Warning:

• Mildex WG is a Group M1 & M2 fungicide.
• Fungicide resistance may occur through normal genetic variability.
• Grochem Australia Pty Ltd accepts no liability for losses due to resistance.

Precautions:

Re-Entry Period:

• DO NOT allow entry until spray deposits have dried.
• When prior entry is necessary, wear appropriate protective clothing.

Engineering Controls:

• DO NOT mix/load or apply using an open system.

Protections:

Protection of Wildlife, Fish, Crustaceans, and Environment:

• DO NOT contaminate waterways with chemicals or containers.
• DRIFT WARNING: Avoid drift onto nearby susceptible plants/crops, cropping lands, or pastures.

Storage and Disposal:

• Store in a closed, original container in a cool, well-ventilated area.
• DO NOT store for prolonged periods in direct sunlight.
• Dispose of packaging in accordance with local regulations. Do not burn empty containers or product.
