Product Description:

• RAINBOW Pendimethalin 330 EC Herbicide is a selective herbicide effective against most annual grasses and certain broadleaved weeds. It inhibits seedling development and is not effective against established weeds. For optimal results, seedbeds should be weed-free, devoid of trash and clods during application. Soils with high organic matter content (>6%) may result in reduced control.

Resistant Weed Warning:

• RAINBOW Pendimethalin 330 EC Herbicide belongs to Group D Herbicides and can lead to the development of resistant weed biotypes if used repeatedly. These resistant weeds may not be controlled by RAINBOW Pendimethalin 330 EC Herbicide or other Group D Herbicides. Detection of resistant weeds before use is challenging, and users should exercise caution. Mixing:

• Fill the spray tank halfway with water and start agitation. When using RAINBOW Pendimethalin 330 EC Herbicide alone, add it to the partially filled tank, then add the remaining water. Thoroughly mix the solution.

Tank Mixes:

• When tank-mixing with products like Atrazine, follow label instructions and add RAINBOW Pendimethalin 330 EC Herbicide last. Maintain agitation until spraying is complete. Thoroughly re-suspend settled mixtures before resuming spraying. For tank mixing with Paraquat and Glyphosate herbicides, mix RAINBOW Pendimethalin 330 EC Herbicide first before adding other products.

Application:

• Ground Application: Use conventional sprayers with mechanical or bypass agitation. Flat fan nozzles are recommended. Calibration is crucial for proper application. Apply the specified quantity in 50-200 liters of water per hectare.

• Aerial Application: Suitable for pre-plant soybeans, cotton, sunflowers, peanuts, and other crops. Apply in 25-60 liters of water per hectare, ensuring proper calibration and an even spray pattern. Avoid application in winds exceeding 16km/hour.

Incorporation:

• Mechanical or irrigation incorporation enhances herbicide effectiveness. Apply RAINBOW Pendimethalin 330 EC Herbicide before rainfall or irrigation for optimal incorporation. Mechanical incorporation may be necessary if no rainfall or irrigation occurs within 7-10 days. Maize, carrots, and rice are tolerant if the seed germinates below the treated band.

Compatibility:

• RAINBOW Pendimethalin 330 EC Herbicide is physically compatible with various chemicals, including Atrazine, Glyphosate, and Paraquat. Follow mixing instructions for tank compatibility.

Following Crops:

• Interval periods before sowing various crops after herbicide application are specified. Ensure proper cultivation to disperse residues. Some crops may be replanted the same year under specific conditions.

Environmental Protection:

• Avoid spray drift onto nearby susceptible plants, adjacent crops, or pastures. Prevent contamination of aquatic environments, such as dams, rivers, and streams, with chemical or used containers, as it is hazardous to fish and other aquatic life.
