GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

For optimal results, apply PRECARE 850 WG HERBICIDE to cool, wet soil.

Spray Preparation:

• PRECARE 850 WG HERBICIDE is a water dispersible granule formulation and must be thoroughly dispersed in water before application.

• Partly fill the boomspray-tank with water to form a slurry.

• Add the required amount of PRECARE 850 WG HERBICIDE into water containers.

• Pour the pre-mixed PRECARE 850 WG HERBICIDE into the boomspray-tank with the agitation system operating.

• Fill up to the correct volume with water, ensuring continuous agitation to keep the mixture in suspension. Failure to agitate continuously may result in bottom settling of the product, making re-dispersion difficult and causing filter blockages.

• When mixing with other chemical products, check all label instructions for compatibility. Test a small area for adverse effects before full application.

• DO NOT mix with products containing the active constituent MCPA. If tank mixing, ensure PRECARE 850 WG HERBICIDE is in suspension before adding other herbicides, insecticides, or surfactants. Wash the sprayer thoroughly after use.

Equipment:

• Always ensure the sprayer is clean, using a suitable spray and boom cleaner as directed.

• For turf situations, a spray volume of up to 100 L/ha is recommended.

WEED RESISTANCE WARNING - GROUP D HERBICIDE PRECARE 850 WG HERBICIDE belongs to the benzamide group of herbicides with the inhibitor of microtubule assembly mode of action. This is a Group D herbicide for weed resistance management. Resistant weed biotypes may exist, and repeated use of benzamide herbicides can lead to the dominance of resistant weeds.

PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEA, AND ENVIRONMENT:

• Avoid contaminating streams, rivers, or waterways during equipment cleaning, waste disposal, or container disposal.

PROTECTION OF CROPS:

• Avoid spraying onto crops, pastures, or non-target desirable plants, as it may cause injury. Do not apply to agricultural land scheduled for cropping or pasture.

PROTECTION OF LIVESTOCK:

• Do not graze sheep or use treated areas for stock feed (including poultry and pigs) for 25 days after application.

• Do not feed turf/lawn clippings to poultry or livestock.

Storage and Disposal:

• Dispose of empty packaging according to approved waste management regulations. Do not burn empty containers or product.

Safety Directions:

• Harmful if inhaled. May irritate the eyes. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and inhalation of dust.

• Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, face shield or goggles, and a disposable dust face mask when handling the product.

• In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with water. Wash hands after use. Wash contaminated clothing and equipment after each use.
