General Instructions

Before use, carefully review the Directions for Use, Precautionary Statements, Safety Directions, and First Aid Instructions. Apply herbicides to weeds while they are actively growing and at their most vulnerable stage. Typically, spray annuals when young and perennials just before the appearance of the bud stage. Avoid spraying in extreme cold or drought conditions. Ideal conditions include moist soil, fine weather, and no rainfall expected within 6 hours after application. Do not spray weeds outside the indicated stages as it may result in damage, yield loss, or inadequate weed control. Avoid spraying in high winds.

Application/Mixing Information

This product mixes easily with water. Half-fill the spray tank with clean water and add the required amount of the product. Agitate thoroughly before adding the remaining water.

  • Boom Spraying: Use 30-120 L/ha of water.

  • Aerial Spraying: Use 10-90 L/ha of water.

Equipment Maintenance and Usage

Equipment used for this chemical should not be used for applying other materials to sensitive plants unless thoroughly washed with Spraymate Tank & Equipment Cleaner followed by several clear water rinses.

Compatibility/Tank Mixes

This product can be mixed with several other herbicides. When tank mixing, add the compatible product when the spray tank is nearly full and continuously agitate. If left overnight, agitate thoroughly before spraying. Ensure proper proportions and follow guidelines for consistent results.

Resistance Warning

Rainbow LVE MCPA 570 Herbicide belongs to Group I herbicides. Some weed biotypes resistant to this and other Group I herbicides may exist in weed populations. Continuous use of these herbicides can lead to the dominance of resistant weeds. Detecting resistant weeds prior to use is difficult, so the manufacturer accepts no liability for losses resulting from resistance.

Protection of Crops, Native, and Other Non-Target Plants

  • Do not apply under weather conditions or from equipment that may cause spray drift onto nearby susceptible plants, crops, or pastures.

  • Avoid spray drift and vapor movement onto susceptible crops such as cotton, vines, tomatoes, vegetables, fruit trees, lucerne, legume crops, oilseed crops, or other susceptible plants or trees.

  • Tolerance of pasture legumes to this product can vary, and severe damage may occur. Lucerne and medics should not be sprayed with this product under any circumstances.
