GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Weed Control
For optimal results, apply Imtrade Rapid 750 WG Herbicide to young actively growing weeds. The rate depends on the weed spectrum at the time of application. The control and duration of effect are influenced by the rate used, sensitivity and size of target weeds, and environmental conditions.
Imtrade Rapid 750 WG Herbicide halts the growth of susceptible weeds rapidly. However, typical symptoms of dying weeds may take 1 to 3 weeks to become noticeable, depending on environmental conditions and susceptibility. Warm, moist conditions enhance the activity, while cold, dry conditions delay it. Weeds hardened-off by cold weather or drought stress are less susceptible.
The addition of Glyphosate enhances knockdown and weed control and helps minimize the risk of resistant weeds.
Crop Safety
DO NOT apply chlorsulfuron, metsulfuron-methyl, or triasulfuron products in a tank mix with Imtrade Rapid 750 WG Herbicide as a fallow or pre-crop treatment.
Spray Preparation
Imtrade Rapid 750 WG Herbicide is a dry flowable formulation to be mixed with water. Partially fill the spray tank with water, add the required amount of herbicide with agitation, and top up to the correct volume with water. Maintain continuous agitation to keep the material in suspension.
In tank mixes, ensure Imtrade Rapid 750 WG Herbicide is in suspension before adding the companion herbicide or surfactant.
Use of Surfactant/Wetting Agent
Add non-ionic surfactant (1000g/L – non-buffering type) at 100 mL/100L (0.1% v/v) of final spray volume. When applying Imtrade Rapid 750 WG Herbicide alone by air, add mineral spray oil at 1L/100L (1% v/v) of final spray volume.
Ground Spraying
Use a properly calibrated boom sprayer to ensure thorough coverage and a uniform spray pattern. Apply a minimum of 50L prepared spray/ha.
Aerial Spraying
Apply a minimum of 20L/ha water, preferably 30L/ha for improved performance reliability. Avoid spraying in still conditions or winds likely to cause drift onto adjacent sensitive crops or fallow areas.
Sprayer Cleanup
Thoroughly clean all traces of Imtrade Rapid 750 WG Herbicide from mixing and spray equipment immediately after spraying. Follow the steps outlined in the instructions to ensure proper cleanup and prevent subsequent crop injury.
