State: Qld, NSW, NT only
Rate/ha:
Ground application 400 mL plus 3 to 5 L water miscible oil, in a convenient volume of water
Aerial application 400 mL plus 3 to 5 L water miscible oil, in a minimum 30 L water
WHP: 1 day
Critical Comments: This use is subject to a CropLife anti- resistance strategy.
Ground application: Apply by misting machine or airblast sprayer. Use rates towards the higher end of the range where weather conditions favour diseases or where equipment or terrain does not permit thorough spray coverage of all foliage.
NSW, Sth Qld: Ground and aerial application: Commence spraying at the start of the summer rainy season. Apply a maximum of 5 Group 3 sprays per season. Apply at least 2 consecutive sprays of SCORE at 21 to 28 day intervals before applying further treatments of a protectant fungicide from a different activity group.
NT, Nth Qld: Ground and aerial applications: Commence spraying at the start of the wet season. Apply a regular schedule of protectant sprays. When the disease potential is high, apply at least 2 but no more than 3 consecutive sprays of SCORE at 14 to 21 day intervals before applying further treatments of a protectant fungicide from a different activity group.
Apply a maximum of 6 Group 3 sprays per season. Continue with treatments using an alternative protectant fungicide for the remainder of the season. Use the lower rate of oil in Nth Qld.
DO NOT apply during July, August, September and October.

CARROTS
Disease Controlled: Leaf Blight (Alternaria dauci and Cercospora carotae)
State: All States
Rate/ha: 300 mL or 500 mL
WHP: 7 days
Critical Comments: This use is subject to a CropLife anti- resistance strategy.
Use in a protectant program commencing before disease occurs. Limit the use of Group 3 fungicides to periods when conditions favour disease development. Apply the 300 mL rate at 7 day intervals and the 500 mL rate at 10 to 14 day intervals.
Use the 500 mL rate when conditions favour high disease pressure.
Apply no more than 2 consecutive sprays of SCORE alone.
Then apply a recommended non Group 3 fungicide or tank mix SCORE with a recommended protectant fungicide for at least 1 application before continuing with SCORE alone.
Good crop hygiene will aid disease control.
Crop Disease Controlled State Rate/ha WHP Critical Comments

MACADAMIA NUTS
Disease Controlled: Husk Spot (Pseudocercospora macadamiae)
State: Qld, NSW, NT only
Rate/ha:
Dilute spraying: 50 mL/100 L water
Concentrate spraying: Refer to the Application section
WHP: -
Critical Comments: Apply by dilute or concentrate spraying equipment.Apply the same amount of product to the target crop whether applying this product by dilute or concentrate spraying methods.
Use in a protectant fungicide program containing fungicides from different chemical groups. Commence fungicide applications at nut set and continue the fungicide program until late December, with applications at 3 to 4 week intervals. DO NOT apply later than 12 weeks after nut set. Apply a maximum of 2 applications of SCORE per season.
Ensure thorough spray coverage. Add Agral Spray Adjuvant at a rate of 10 mL/100 L.

POTATOES
Disease Controlled: Target Spot/Early Blight (Alternaria solani)
State: All States
Rate/ha: 300 mL or 500 mL
WHP: 7 days
Critical Comments: This use is subject to a CropLife anti- resistance strategy.
Use in a protectant program commencing when rows meet and before disease occurs.
SCORE does not control Late Blight,
Phytophthora infestans.
If this disease is a problem, mix SCORE with an appropriate fungicide for control of this disease and observe the spray interval for that product.

TOMATOES
Disease Controlled: Target Spot (Alternaria solani)
State: All States
Rate/ha: 300 mL or 500 mL
WHP: 3 days
Critical Comments: This use is subject to a CropLife anti- resistance strategy.
Use in a protectant program commencing soon after transplanting. Limit the use of Group 3 fungicides to periods when conditions favour disease development. Apply the 300 mL rate at 7 day intervals and the 500 mL rate at 10 day intervals. Apply no more than 2 consecutive sprays of SCORE alone. Then apply a recommended non Group 3 fungicide or tank mix SCORE with a recommended protectant fungicide for at least 1 application before continuing with SCORE alone.
Good crop hygiene will aid disease control.

Avocados, Macadamias: NOT REQUIRED WHEN USED AS DIRECTED

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Mixing
Add the required amount of SCORE directly to the spray tank and mix well.

Application
Thorough coverage is essential for effective results.
Aerial Application: Use 20 to 30 L water/ha.
Ground Application: Use at least 100 L water/ha.
Macadamia Nuts: Apply by high volume (dilute) sprayer or by concentrate sprayer.
Dilute Spraying: Use a sprayer designed to apply high volumes of water up to the point of runoff and matched to the crop being sprayed. Set up and operate the sprayer to achieve even coverage throughout the crop canopy. Apply sufficient water to cover the crop to the point of runoff. Avoid excessive runoff. The required water volume may be determined by applying different test volumes, using different settings on the sprayer, from industry guidelines or expert advice. Add the amount of product specified in the Direction for Use table for each 100 L of water. Spray to the point of runoff. The required dilute spray volume will change and the sprayer set up and operation may also need to be changed, as the crop grows.
Concentrate Spraying: Use a sprayer designed and set up for concentrate spraying (that is a sprayer which applies water volumes less than those required to reach the point of runoff and matched to the crop being sprayed. Set up and operate the sprayer to achieve even coverage throughout the crop canopy using your chosen water volume. Determine an appropriate dilute spray volume (see Dilute Spraying) for the crop canopy. This is needed to calculate the concentrate mixing rate. The mixing rate for concentrate spraying can then be calculated in the following way:
Example only
- Dilute spray volume as determined above: for example 2000 L/ha
- Your chosen concentrate spray volume: for example 500 L/ha
- The concentration factor in this example is: 4 x (ie 2000 L  500 L = 4)
- If the dilute label rate is 50 mL/100 L, then the concentrate rate becomes 4 x 50, that is 200 mL/100 L of concentrate spray
The chosen spray volume, amount of product per 100 L of water, and the sprayer set up and operation may need to be changed as the crop grows. For further information on concentrate spraying, users are advised to consult relevant industry guidelines, undertake appropriate competency training and follow industry Best Practices.

GROUP 3 FUNGICIDE

Fungicide Resistance Warning
SCORE Foliar Fungicide is a member of the DMI group of fungicides. For fungicide resistance management SCORE is a Group 3 fungicide. Some naturally occurring individual fungi resistant to SCORE and other Group 3 fungicides may exist through normal genetic variability in any fungal population. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the fungi population if these fungicides are used repeatedly. These resistant fungi will not be controlled by SCORE and other Group 3 fungicides, thus resulting in a reduction in efficacy and possible yield loss. Since the occurrence of resistant fungi is difficult to detect prior to use, Syngenta Crop Protection Pty Limited accepts no liability for any losses that may result from the failure of SCORE to control resistant fungi.
