GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
In order to obtain the best results with Shirtan all chopping knives involved in harvesting the seed cane and planting the setts, should be clean and sharp to produce clean cuts. Spray nozzle configuration should be checked to ensure complete coverage of all cut surfaces.
Mixing
Put half the required volume of water in the spray tank or dip hopper and commence agitation. Add Shirtan to the partially filled tank and then add the remainder of the water. Mix thoroughly.
