GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

APPARENT Superhero 850 WG Herbicide is a residual, soil-applied, pre-emergent herbicide absorbed by the roots and shoots of germinating weeds, inhibiting growth in the meristematic area. It works best when applied evenly to moist soil just before incorporation by sowing, followed by sufficient rainfall to ensure herbicide uptake by germinating weeds. Weed control may be reduced under certain conditions, such as burial of weed seeds by cultivation, insufficient soil moisture, or leaching in heavy rainfall.

Crop Safety

• Durum wheat: Avoid planting after applying the herbicide to prevent severe damage.

• Incorporation: When incorporating by sowing with knife points and press wheels, prevent treated soil from being thrown into adjacent crop rows.

• Press wheels and covering devices: Avoid using both together to reduce the risk of crop damage, especially in wet conditions.

• Other factors: Crop damage may increase under various conditions, including heavy rainfall, deep furrows, soil leaching, and reduced crop vigor due to factors like frosts, insect attack, or crop disease.

Chickpeas, field peas, lentils, and lupins:

• Emergence and flowering delay: These crops may experience occasional delays after treatment.

• Luxor variety of albus lupin: This variety may be more sensitive to the herbicide, especially in late sowing or wet conditions.

Incorporation by Sowing

Apply the herbicide before sowing and incorporate it using knife points and press wheels or narrow points and harrows. Note that weeds germinating in the seed row may not be controlled with this method.

Interval between Application and Sowing

Incorporate the herbicide by sowing as soon as possible after application, ideally within 3 days.

Sandy Soils

Weed control may be reduced in sandy soils prone to leaching, especially after heavy rainfall.

Suppression of great brome and wild oat

Apply to uncultivated soil for best results, as control decreases with the depth of weed seeds.

MIXING

Ensure clean sprayer and nozzle filters before mixing. Add the herbicide directly to the spray tank with agitators in motion. Mix thoroughly and maintain agitation throughout spraying. Add other products only after dispersing the herbicide in the tank.

APPLICATION

Achieve complete and even spray coverage of the soil, avoiding poor coverage due to soil conditions or excessive ground cover. Use appropriate equipment and apply with coarse droplet size.

COMPATIBILITY

Follow compatibility guidelines for tank mixes, especially in adverse conditions. Refer to specific instructions for each tank mix partner. Clean sprayer thoroughly after use.
