GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Activity: TITAN Glyphosate 700 Herbicide is a non-volatile, water-soluble granule with non-selective herbicidal activity against many annual and perennial broadleaf weeds and grasses. It's absorbed by plant foliage and green stems, moving through the plant into the root system. It's immediately inactivated in the soil and doesn't provide residual weed control.

  • Visible Effects: Takes 3-7 days for annual weeds and 2-3 weeks for perennial weeds to show visible effects. Gradual yellowing and wilting progress to complete browning of above-ground growth and deterioration of underground plant parts.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Granular Dissolution: The granular product dissolves readily in water, including Water Soluble Measure Packs. Ensure the spray tank is free of residue from previous spray materials.

  • Mixing Process: Add this product to one half of the required clean water, mix well, then add the remaining water. Prevent excessive foaming by placing the filling hose below the surface of the spray solution and remove it immediately after filling.

TANK MIXES:

  • Herbicides, Insecticides, Additives: TITAN Glyphosate 700 Herbicide may be tank-mixed with various products, following specific mixing instructions for each. Attention to label directions, restraints, and safety precautions is essential.

APPLICATION INFORMATION:

  • Equipment Recommendations: Use boom equipment with recommended rates in 75 to 200 liters of clean water per hectare. For handheld equipment, ensure complete and uniform wetting of foliage.

  • High Volume Application: Adjust equipment for an even spray pattern. For handheld equipment, a D6 spray tip and an operating pressure of 400-700kPa are recommended.

  • Low Volume Application: Apply evenly to cover all foliage. Dilution rates are specific, e.g., a 1:19 mixture equals 1kg product plus 19 liters water.

  • Wiper Equipment: Suitable for applying to weeds in pasture and non-crop areas. Operate wiper equipment above the weeds, ensuring contact without touching desirable vegetation.

  • Aerial Application: Apply up to a maximum rate of 2.1kg/ha for weed control in pastures. Use boom or Micronair equipment with a minimum spray volume of 20L/ha and settings for a median droplet diameter of 250-350 microns.

APPLICATION ON HILLY TERRAIN:

  • Increase water volume to 30-80L/ha and adjust droplet diameter for optimal spray deposition onto weeds.

AIR TEMPERATURE AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY:

  • Avoid application by aircraft at temperatures above 30°C. Increase spray output to at least 30L/ha when temperatures rise above 25°C. Avoid application when relative humidity falls below 35%.

AVOID DRIFT:

  • Avoid spraying under conditions likely to cause drift onto nearby susceptible crops, pastures, or sensitive plants. Do not apply treatments under very light wind, inversion conditions, or when wind speed exceeds 12km/h.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST:

  • Avoid treating weeds under poor growing conditions or when heavily covered with dust or silt. Do not add additional surfactant or mix with other agricultural chemicals unless directed. Delay treatment of plants wet with dew or rain. Avoid disturbing treated weeds by cultivation, sowing, or grazing for the specified period. Rinse equipment thoroughly after use.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE & USAGE:

  • Use only stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, fiberglass, or plastic-lined containers for mixing, storing, and applying the product. Avoid using galvanized steel or unlined steel containers, which can react with the product to produce hydrogen gas, creating a highly combustible mixture. Rinse equipment with clean water after each use to prevent corrosion.
