MIXING:
TITAN Trifluralin 480 Selective Herbicide is an emulsifiable concentrate that mixes readily with water. Add the recommended amount of product to the spray tank while filling with water. Apply the prepared mixture at a rate of 70-450L of water/ha (broadcast basis) depending on soil type. Maintain adequate agitation throughout the spraying operation and avoid leaving the prepared spray for long periods without agitation.

CONDITIONS FOR BEST RESULTS: Thorough incorporation is essential for optimal effectiveness. Soil should be well worked and free of weeds at the time of application. Effectiveness may be reduced by inadequate incorporation, high organic matter, excess clods, crop or trash residues, stones, or other foreign matter, as well as in areas with unnaturally high weed seed populations. Trifluralin is volatile and may disappear from exposed surfaces, especially under high temperatures, wind, or warm moist soil conditions. For best results, spray and incorporate into the soil in one operation, particularly under hot conditions.

INTEGRATED WEED MANAGEMENT: Utilizing Integrated Weed Management techniques alongside TITAN Trifluralin 480 Selective Herbicide is recommended. Agronomic practices that reduce the weed seed bank in the soil prior to herbicide application will enhance weed control levels. Failure to employ such practices may result in higher weed seed populations, potentially requiring additional herbicide treatments. Integrated Weed Management techniques also help reduce the development or survival of Group D herbicide-resistant weed biotypes.

COMPATIBILITY: TITAN Trifluralin 480 Selective Herbicide is compatible with several herbicides and insecticides, including Chlorsulfuron, Diuron, Metribuzin, Paraquat, Simazine, Chlorpyrifos, among others. It's advisable to conduct a small-scale compatibility test before mixing in the spray tank, and follow any specific mixing sequence instructions for tank mix products.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AND USAGE: After use, thoroughly rinse spray tanks, pumps, lines, and nozzles several times with clean water. TITAN Boom Spray Cleaner is recommended for removing Trifluralin stains. Regular maintenance of equipment ensures proper functionality and prevents contamination between applications.
