General Instructions

Ensure effective application of Rainbow Trifluralin-Oryzalin 250 EC Selective Herbicide with these guidelines:

Mixing

• Agitate the drum before opening. Add Rainbow Trifluralin-Oryzalin 250 EC Selective Herbicide directly to the spray tank when about two-thirds full of water.

• Top up with water to the required volume with agitators in motion.

Equipment

• Use standard low-pressure boom sprayers (170-340kPa) equipped with by-pass or mechanical agitation.

• Apply with boom sprays only. Do not use boomless jets or misters.

• It is recommended to use 50 to 100L water per hectare to ensure proper coverage.

• Poor weed control may result if directions are not closely followed. Avoid overlapping or using higher than recommended application rates to prevent crop injury or excessive soil residues.

Incorporation

• Thoroughly incorporate Rainbow Trifluralin-Oryzalin 250 EC Selective Herbicide to a depth of 4cm within 4 hours of application, followed by the sowing process for superior weed control.

Direct Seeding Application

• Add the recommended amount of Rainbow Trifluralin-Oryzalin 250 EC Selective Herbicide and the label recommended quantity of a suitable knockdown herbicide, such as Paraquat 250g/L, Paraquat/Diquat mix, or Rainbow Glyphosate Herbicide, to water in the spray tank during the filling operation.

• Ensure thorough agitation when tank mixing with glyphosate or paraquat/diquat mixtures, and spray within one (1) hour of mixing.
