GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  • FOLIAR DISEASES ON CEREAL CROPS:

    • Monitor crops regularly for disease symptoms.
    • Spray at the first sign of disease, considering weather conditions and crop resistance.
    • Refer to Directions for Use for specific disease recommendations.
    • Do not apply TURBULENCE 800 WG to cereal crops more than once per season or more than twice preseason.
    • Ensure good coverage of all susceptible plant parts.
  • Disease Control in Oats:

    • Caution: Tebuconazole in TURBULENCE 800 WG may cause early senescing and bronzing of leaves in certain oat varieties.
    • Evaluate disease control benefits against potential crop damage in Mitika oats.
  • Disease Control in Canola:

    • Blackleg:
      • Higher risk in higher rainfall districts, proximity to previous year’s stubble, and later sown crops.
      • Up to two sprays of TURBULENCE 800 WG allowed per season.
    • Sclerotinia:
      • Effective when applied before conditions conducive to infection.
      • Optimal timing at 20-30% flowering; second application may be needed in prolonged flowering.

MIXING:

  • Prior to pouring, shake container vigorously.
  • Add TURBULENCE 800 WG to water in the spray vat while stirring.
  • Add the required non-ionic surfactant or water miscible oil and mix thoroughly.

APPLICATION:

  • Ground Application:

    • Wheat, Barley, Oats, Triticale: 70-100L/ha, MEDIUM spray quality.
    • Canola: 60-100L/ha, MEDIUM spray quality.
  • USE OF ADJUVANT:

    • Consider adjuvant addition based on disease and crop type.
    • Special warning for bananas: Avoid wetting agents, may cause phytotoxicity.

SPRAY TIMINGS FOR STRIPE RUST CONTROL:

  • Follow guidelines from the Department of Agriculture.
  • Apply a spray within one week when infection signs appear.

FUNGICIDE RESISTANCE WARNING:

  • TURBULENCE 800 WG is a Group 3 Fungicide.
  • Use no more than 3 consecutive sprays before switching to a non-DMI fungicide.
  • Apply no more than 5 DMI sprays per season.

PRECAUTIONS:

  • Re-entry Period:

    • Do not enter treated areas until the spray has dried.
    • Wear protective clothing if entry is necessary.
  • PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEANS, AND ENVIRONMENT:

    • Avoid contamination of water bodies.
    • Use caution when tank mixing with IMTRADE DALBIE® 800 WG FUNGICIDE.

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL:

  • Follow specific guidelines for different container sizes.
  • Rinse containers before disposal and dispose of properly.
  • Do not burn empty containers or products.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS:

  • Harmful if swallowed. Will irritate eyes and skin.
  • Wear protective clothing during handling and wash hands after use.
  • Wash gloves and contaminated clothing after each day’s use.
