MIXING
These are general mixing instructions. Always follow mixing instructions of each ingredient in tank-mix.
Ensure product compatibility. Recommendations on other product labels take precedence over mixing instructions on this label.
Add water to the spray tank to 10 cm above the level of agitation and ensure the agitation device is working vigorously. (There must be a minimum of 100 L of water in the tank before any pesticide is added.)
If tank mixing, use the following general order for mix partners. First add water dispersible granules
(eg. Broadstrike), second add flowable formulations
(eg. atrazine), third add emulsifiable concentrates
(eg. Verdict 520), fourth add water soluble liquids
(eg. Lontrel Herbicide) and last Uptake Spraying Oil.
Between the addition of each ingredient allow at least one minute to ensure thorough mixing before the next tank-mix partner is added.
Finally add Uptake Spraying Oil. Continue filling the tank to the required volume maintaining agitation at all times.
Only mix sufficient solution for immediate use.
Verdict 520 and any other tank-mixes should be applied immediately for best results.

STORAGE OF SPRAY SOLUTION
Agitate for 1 hour every 8 hours, and agitate for 1 hour before spraying out where spray solution is not applied within 8 hours of mixing.
Agitate sooner and/or for longer to maintain quality of spray solution, if recommended on partner product labels.

CLEANING SPRAY EQUIPMENT
The presence of the product(s) makes it essential for the spray equipment to be cleaned between different applications.
To rinse and decontaminate spray equipment refer to the relevant product labels for instructions.
