Mode of Action

Emamectin benzoate is a potent neurotoxin that disrupts the central nervous system of insects. It binds to glutamate-gated chloride channels, interfering with the transmission of nerve impulses, leading to paralysis and death of the affected insect. Emamectin benzoate also has contact and stomach action, meaning it is effective when insects come into contact with the treated surface or ingest it.

Application Instructions
