AC 299, 263 70 WDG is a selective herbicide that can be applied as an early post-emergence treatment (cotyledon to 4-leaf stage) in soybeans. When AC 299, 263 70 WDG is applied early post-emergence, absorption may occur through both the roots and foliage. Susceptible weeds stop growing and eventually die. Initial transient crop yellowing may be observed after application but this is outgrown and should not affect yield.
Do not apply more than once per year.
DO NOT graze the treated crops or cut for hay within 20 days of application.
Pre-harvest Interval: After 60 days, soybeans can be harvested.

Field Sprayer Application
DO NOT apply during periods of dead calm. Avoid application of this product when winds are gusty. DO NOT apply with spray droplets smaller than the American Society of Agricultural Engineers (ASAE) medium classification. Boom height must be 60 cm or less above the crop or ground.
DO NOT apply by air.
As this product is not registered for the control of pests in aquatic systems, DO NOT use to control aquatic pests.
DO NOT contaminate irrigation or drinking water supplies or aquatic habitats by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes.

BROADLEAF WEED and GRASS CONTROL
Application must be made after the weeds have emerged. To control broadleaf weeds, apply AC 299, 263 70 WDG from the cotyledon to 4 leaf stage. To control grasses, apply AC 299, 263 70 WDG to green and yellow foxtail when in the 1-4 true leaf stage and to barnyard grass and fall panicum when in the 3-6 leaf stage.
Apply in 200 L/ha of water with a NONIONIC SURFACTANT (AGRAL, AGSURF or SURF 92) at the rate of 0.25% percent v/v and a fertilizer solution, 28-0-0 or 32-0-0, at a rate of 2 L/ha.
