DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Airblast or mist blower application: DO NOT apply during periods of dead calm. Avoid application of this product when winds are gusty. DO NOT direct spray above plants to be treated. Turn off outward pointing nozzles at row ends and outer rows. DO NOT apply when wind speed is greater than 16 km/h at the application site as measured outside of the treatment area on the upwind side.
DO NOT APPLY BY AIR.
As this product is not registered for the control of pests in aquatic systems, DO NOT use to control aquatic pests.

Fire Blight Suppression in Apples and Pears:
BlightBan A506 should be used in an integrated fire blight suppression program.
BlightBan A506 is compatible with Streptomycin 17.
In an IPM program to control fire blight, do not use BlightBan A506 sequentially with microbial control products containing the active ingredient Pantoea agglomerans.
Apply BlightBan A506 at the rate of 370-530 grams per hectare in 1000 to 2000 L of water per hectare with a maximum of three applications per crop season. Use the coverage characteristics of the application equipment and tree size to determine the appropriate volume of water.
The first application should be made at 15-20% bloom followed by a second application at petal fall to full bloom, and a third application at “rattail” bloom for pear, or post petal fall for apples. Ensure thorough coverage. Use the high rate under conditions that promote rapid disease development.
Spray solution should be used within 48 hours of mixing.
Standard municipal chlorinated water does not significantly reduce viability.
