GENERAL INFORMATION

Cimegra insecticide is a suspension concentrate (SC) that may be applied in-furrow or as a T-band (see Crop Application Tables) to control certain below ground chewing insect pests. Broflanilide, the active ingredient in Cimegra, is a Group 30 insecticide.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

DO NOT contaminate irrigation or drinking water supplies or aquatic habitats by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes.
For Cimegra insecticide to be most effective, apply in-furrow or as a T-band at planting. Apply as a dilute concentrate in sufficient water to get good coverage of the seed furrow. DO NOT apply Cimegra to the soil surface.
In-furrow or T-band applications may be made using properly calibrated application equipment as indicated in the Crop Application Tables below (Table 1 and 2). Cimegra requires thorough coverage of seed/seed piece, and product rate used per 100 m is dependent on the crop row spacing. Do not exceed the rate of 250 mL/ha (25 g a.i./ha).Applications made with less than thorough coverage may result in less control.

Plant Tolerance
This product has been tested on a number of crop varieties with no phytotoxicity observed at labeled rates; however, Cimegra insecticide has not been tested on all varieties and cultivars, or under all weather or soil conditions. Due to the large number of plant species and their associated varieties or cultivars, and due to variable growing conditions, it is impossible to test every plant for tolerance to this product.
