APPLICATION DIRECTIONS:
Spraying on Water Surface
Dissolve Copper Sulfate Fine Crystals ALG in water and spray the solution from a boat.
Avoid drift onto occupants of the boat and onto non-target areas. The wind direction as well as the speed and direction of the boat must be taken into consideration to avoid drift.
Dragging Burlap bags Under the Water
Place a measured amount of Copper Sulfate Fine Crystals ALG in burlap bags to cover the volume of water to be treated and drag through the water behind a boat. Begin near the shoreline and proceed outward. The path of the boat should cover an even distribution. Continue until all the Copper Sulfate Fine Crystals ALG is dissolved.

RATE TO USE: Apply at a rate of 6.5 to 9.0 kg/ha per meter of water depth. The target concentration of Copper Sulfate Fine Crystals ALG in water is 0.5 to 0.7 ppm. Adjust the rate according to the depth of the water. DO NOT apply this product in a way that will contact workers or bystanders, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. DO NOT contaminate irrigation or drinking water supplies or aquatic habitats by cleaning of equipment or disposal of waters. DO NOT apply by air.
