For the control of two-spotted mite on capsicums, chili peppers, eggplant, pome fruit, stone fruit, strawberries and tomatoes plus European red mite on pome fruit, and for the control of certain mites on Ornamentals.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
MILBEKNOCK is effective on all mite growth stages, adults, larvae, nymphs and eggs. MILBEKNOCK quickly moves into young leaves from where it is taken up by feeding mites, but may take 7-14 days to reach maximum control. MILBEKNOCK absorbed within leaves remains active for many weeks. MILBEKNOCK that is not absorbed into leaf tissue is quickly degraded by sunlight. Milbeknock is not systemic, so good spray coverage is essential. As leaves become older they become more “tough or leathery” and absorption of MILBEKNOCK may be reduced.
Mixing
Instructions Measure the required amount of MILBEKNOCK, add to partly filled spray tank, and then add the remainder of the water. Where required, add a 60% non-ionic surfactant at the end of the filling process.
Application
Apply by high volume (Dilute or Concentrate Spraying) or boom spraying equipment as given in the directions for use table. Thorough coverage and penetration into plant canopy is essential. The chosen water volume should match the crop and foliage density being sprayed so that there is even coverage throughout the canopy.
Compatibility
MILBEKNOCK is compatible with most commonly used insecticides and fungicides. DO NOT use with chlorothalonil or Bordeaux tank mixes. However, as formulations of other manufacturer’s products are beyond the control of Sipcam, all mixtures should be tested prior to mixing commercial quantities.
