DIRECTIONS FOR USE
DO NOT apply this product in a way that will contact workers or bystanders, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application.
DO NOT contaminate irrigation or dinking water supplies or aquatic habitats by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes.
DO NOT apply this product directly to freshwater habitats (such as lakes, rivers, sloughs, ponds, prairie potholes, creeks, marshes, streams, reservoirs and wetlands), or estuarine/marine habitats.
Spin Out Root Growth Regulator is a plant growth regulator for use on nursery stock containers as a root pruning agent to control root spiralling and promote the development of a fibrous root system. Spin Out Root Growth Regulator can only be used on containergrown forest nursery tree species listed on this label. Use Spin Out Root Growth Regulator at any stage of plant development from seedlings to large container grown trees. Do not apply Spin Out Root Growth Regulator directly on plants or soil.
Nursery containers should be clean and dry before applying Spin Out Root Growth Regulator. Used containers should be free of any loose soil. Stir Spin Out Root Growth Regulator well before use and DO NOT dilute. Apply Spin Out Root Growth Regulator to the inner surfaces of plastic and styrofoam containers using conventional spray paint equipment in approved locations. Follow all directions and precautions for the specific sprayer being used.
Thorough coverage with one application of Spin Out Root Growth Regulator is sufficient for root control. Recommended application rate is 80 mL/m2, or 8 styroblocks (assuming 160 cells per block) per litre Spin Out Root Growth Regulator. Allow Spin Out Root Growth Regulator to dry on containers for 30 to 60 minutes under good drying conditions before stacking or planting. To prevent scratching of the Spin Out Root Growth Regulator coating, when restacking, do not push containers tightly together. Use water to clean up equipment after using Spin Out Root Growth Regulator. Refer to the sprayer equipment owner's manual for specific instructions on equipment clean up. Do not contaminate any body of water with rinse water.
