General Information:

Boregan G is an insecticide that is used to control leaf folder and stem borer in rice. It is an analogue of the natural toxin nereistoxin and is a systemic insecticide with stomach and contact action. The treated insects discontinue feeding and die of starvation. It is a nicotinergic acetylcholine blocker, causing paralysis by blocking cholinergic transmissions in the central nervous systems of insects.

Active Ingredient:

The active ingredient in Boregan G is Cartap Hydrochloride 4% GR.

Mode of Action:

Application:

Boregan G can be applied as a foliar spray or as a seed treatment.
