General Information:

Mode of Action:

ACCase is an enzyme that is involved in the biosynthesis of fatty acids, which are essential for plant growth and development. By inhibiting ACCase, clodinafop-propargyl stops the production of fatty acids, which leads to the disruption of plant growth and development, and eventually to death.

Application:

Iris can be applied as a foliar spray. The recommended dose and application method will vary depending on the weeds to be controlled and the stage of crop growth. For example, to control annual and perennial grasses and broadleaf weeds in soybeans, Iris can be applied as a post-emergence herbicide at a dose of 1.5 liters per hectare.
