General Information:

Krush EC is a highly effective insecticide with contact and stomach action, primarily used to control chewing and sucking pests in a variety of crops, including cotton, rice, oilseeds, vegetables, fruits, and plantations like tea, coffee, and cardamom.

Active Ingredient:

• Quinalphos 25% EC

Mode of Action:

Quinalphos is an organophosphate insecticide that inhibits acetylcholinesterase, an enzyme essential for nerve function in insects. This leads to the disruption of nerve impulses, causing paralysis and death of the insect.

Application:

Krush EC can be applied as a foliar spray using a knapsack sprayer or any other suitable spraying equipment. It is recommended to spray in the early morning or late evening hours when the temperature is cooler and the wind is calm.

Preparation for Spray Solution:
Take a small quantity of water in a container and dissolve required quantity of Krush - 25% EC in it. Stir this solution properly and mix it with the remaining quantity of water. The volume of total water required will depend on crop stage, crop cover, the total area to be treated and the type of sprayer used.

Precautions:

• Wear protective clothing, gloves, and goggles while handling and applying Krush EC.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Do not spray near water bodies or areas where bees are active.
• Store the insecticide in a cool, dry place away from food and reach of children.
