DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For the best results, apply Barclay Avoca before disease appears according to a planned programme on the expected incidence of disease or as soon as disease appears. Control becomes more difficult once disease is established and potential yield may be reduced. The recommendations must be supplemented when necessary to meet specific disease threats not controlled or not fully controlled by chlorothalonil.

 

MIXING
Invert the container several times and shake thoroughly before pouring. Half fill the spray tank with clean water and start the re-circulation system. Pour the required quantity of product into the spray tank or induction hopper. Fill the spray tank with more clean water to the required level. Continue agitation until the tank is sprayed out; do not allow mixed spray to stand in the spray tank.

APPLICATION
Apply by conventional mounted or trailed hydraulic sprayer only. Apply as a MEDIUM spray (BCPC definition), achieved at a minimum 2 bar.
It is essential to ensure thorough coverage of the crop foliage with the spray.

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT
Consult your adviser for up to date guidance regarding current resistance status and a strategy for preventing and managing resistance in the cereal pathogens listed on the label. The Fungicide Resistance Action Committee (FRAC) produces recommendations that may be consulted for additional information.

COMPATIBILITY
Barclay Avoca must always be applied with a tank-mix partner as part of an integrated disease control programme.
Barclay Avoca is physically compatible in two-way tank-mix. When tank mixing with a partner product, refer to the partner product label for any instructions as to the order of mixing.

CARE OF SPRAYER
Immediately after each days use with Barclay Avoca, wash out the sprayer thoroughly with clean water and a wetting agent (recommended for the cleaning of sprayers) according to standard cleaning procedures.
