CEREALS

Corbel can be used on all commercial varieties of spring and winter sown wheat, barley, oats, rye and triticale.
Time of Application
Apply Corbel when disease first STARTS to build up in the crop. In winter barley this may occur in the autumn, and although autumn application should not be routine, application of Corbel is particularly advised to control early outbreaks on disease susceptible varieties. An autumn application will not however preclude the need for a following spring treatment.
A maximum of two applications of Corbel in the spring/summer can be made (whether after an autumn application or not) depending upon disease severity. Allow an interval of at least 5 weeks after the last application before harvest.
Rate of Application
Apply 1 litre Corbel in 220–450 litres of water per hectare. Use the higher water volume where the crop is dense.
Late Leaf and Ear Disease Control in Winter Wheat
Between the flag leaf just visible stage and the ear just completely emerged stage, Corbel may be applied in a tank-mix with an approved propiconazole containing product.
Time of Application
After the flag leaf just visible stage (Zadoks Growth Stage 37), Corbel may be applied in a two-way tank-mix with an approved propiconazole containing product for control of powdery mildew, yellow rust, brown rust and Septoria.
Rate of Application
Apply 0.75–1.0 l/ha Corbel plus an approved propiconazole product to deliver 125g/ha propiconazole.
Notes:
1. Use higher rate of Corbel if mildew and/or rust are beginning to establish (3% or more mildew on any upper leaf, any rust at all on the upper leaves) and are likely to develop further, or, in any
situation where due to a combination of climate, area and variety, etc., expected mildew / rust disease pressure is likely to be high, necessitating a longer period of protection.
2. Apply mixture at the start of disease attack.
3. Refer to propiconazole product label for full details on the use of this product before application.

LEEKS: Rust.
Use Corbel at 1 l/ha.
Apply from the ground only in a minimum of 250 l/ha of water.
Treat at the start of disease attack. This usually occurs during periods of warm, humid weather from August onwards.
Maximum number of treatments
Up to six applications at 14 to 21 day intervals may be required if weather conditions are conducive to rapid disease development.
Harvest interval
Corbel may be applied up to three weeks before harvest.

SUGAR BEET, FODDER BEET AND MANGOLDS. Rust, Ramularia, Leafspot and Mildew.
