For use as a Protectant Fungicide for the control of Potato Blight
A water dispersible granule containing 8.3% w/w zoxamide* and 66.7% w/w mancozeb

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
APPLICATION RATE Ground application: 1.8 kg in 200–600 litres of water per hectare.

APPLICATION
With ground sprayers, spray fans should overlap just before the top of the crop. Use a fine spray at high pressure to ensure complete cover of the foliage. Allow foliage to dry before applying ELECTIS® 75WG after rainfall or irrigation.

TIMING
The purpose of spraying is to delay the 75% foliage blight development stage until after the full weight of tubers has been formed. With main crop varieties, bulking comes to an end in late September, so there is no point in preserving haulm after this stage.
In common with all protectant fungicides, it is essential to spray ELECTIS 75WG before blight appears in the crop. For this reason a regular spraying programme should be carried out. Do not use if blight is present in the crop. ELECTIS 75WG is not a curative product.
Irrigated crops should always be sprayed with ELECTIS 75WG as soon as possible after irrigation once the foliage has dried.

FIRST APPLICATION
In the absence of a blight warning, apply the first spray just before the haulm meets along the row. If a blight warning is issued for the area, apply the first spray immediately, irrespective of the growth stage of the crop

FURTHER APPLICATIONS
1.8 kg/ha at 7 to 10 day spray interval. The application interval can be determined by assessing the relative threat of blight to the crop.

NORMAL BLIGHT RISK CONDITIONS
Apply 1.8 kg/ha at 7 to 10 day intervals. Apply under the following conditions:
– Following two consecutive days of warm, humid weather.
– When blight has been identified in the surrounding vicinity but not in \ the crop to be treated.

HIGH BLIGHT RISK CONDITIONS
Apply 1.8 kg/ha at 7 day intervals, especially where one or more of the following conditions apply:
– Irrigated crops – Extended periods of warm, humid weather
– Geographical location
– areas where potatoes are a commonly grown crop or where local weather conditions allow for an increased threat of blight epidemics, and blight has been identified in nearby potato crops or on volunteer potatoes or on potato dumps

HARVEST INTERVAL AND NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS
A maximum of 10 applications of ELECTIS 75WG may be made to a potato crop in one season. Allow at least 7 days between the last application of ELECTIS 75WG and harvest of the crop.

MIXING
Add half the required volume of water to the spray tank and begin agitation. Remove the filter basket and pour the required amount of ELECTIS 75WG into the partially filled spray tank. Continue agitation while topping up the tank and during spraying and transport operations.
