Contains 200 g/l (16.5% w/w) mecoprop-p, 200 g/l (16.5% w/w) MCPA and 25 g/l (2.0% w/w) dicamba A selective weedkiller for use in grass leys, permanent pastures and amenity turf to control a broad spectrum of annual and perennial weeds

RATE OF USE IN GRASS LEYS AND PERMANENT PASTURE
Use 5 litres/ha (31 ⁄2 pints/acre) in 200 litres of water/ha (18 gallons/acre).
For improved control of Docks, Ragwort and other weeds in grass leys and permanent pastures where the grass has been established for at least 18 months, use 7 litres/ha (5 pints/acre) in at least 200 litres of water /ha (18 gallons/acre). Note: Do not use this higher rate in amenity turf

TIMING IN GRASS LEYS AND PERMANENT PASTURE
Apply from spring to early October when weeds are growing actively, preferably at the rosette stage. Larger weeds, particularly Docks, Ragwort and Soft Rush may need a further application. In cold weather or in slow growing conditions the inclusion of Headland Intake penetrant will be of benefit.

RATE OF USE IN AMENITY TURF
Use 5 litres/ha (31 ⁄2 pints/acre) in 200 litres of water/ha (18 gallons/acre).

TIMING IN AMENITY TURF
Apply at any time between April and early October when both grass and weeds are growing strongly. Best results will be obtained in fine, warm weather when the soil is moist. If possible, apply a nitrogen fertiliser 7-14 days before treatment. Do not use on new grass for 6 months after establishment.

MIXING AND APPLICATION
Make sure the sprayer has been properly cleaned from any previous use. Half-fill the spray tank with clean water and add the required amount of Headland Relay whilst agitating. Then add the remaining quantity of water and apply without delay. If the machine is stopped for any time, agitate thoroughly before restarting spraying.
After use wash out the sprayer thoroughly using a suitable spray tank decontaminant.

COMPATIBILITY
Headland Relay is compatible with many commonly used pesticides and micronutrients. Your Headland distributor will be able to answer any specific questions about compatibility. DO NOT MIX WITH MANGANESE SULPHATE OR FERROUS SULPHATE

CAUTION
AVOID SPRAYING when wind could cause drift.
AVOID DRIFT ONTO SENSITIVE CROPS such as beet, brassicas, lettuce, tomatoes, peas, potatoes, fruit or ornamentals.
DO NOT SPRAY where clovers or other legumes are an important part of the sward.
DO NOT ROLL OR HARROW CROPS within 7 days before or after spraying
DO NOT CUT OR GRAZE grass leys or permanent pasture for at least 7 days after spraying, or 14 days if poisonous weeds such as Ragwort are present. Dead foliage of poisonous weeds must have dried out and become unpalatable. In fields intended for hay or silage, delay spraying until after crops have been taken.
DO NOT CLOSE MOW amenity grass 1 day before or 4 days after spraying. On very fine closely mown turf this interval may be reduced to 1 day.
DO NOT USE grass cuttings for mulching for at least 6 months after application. Cuttings may be composted and used not less than 6 months later.
DO NOT SPRAY when rain is imminent. In changeable weather, tank-mixing with Headland Guard will improve rain-fastness.
