All instructions within this section must be read carefully in order to obtain safe and successful use of this product. The recommended mixes combine the activity of LIETO with the protectant activity of mancozeb and fluazinam.
Disease control
LIETO is recommended for the use as a fungicide in the field for post-emergence application (BBCH 21-89) to potato crops for the control of Late blight (Phytophthora infestans).
LIETO is a systemic fungicide with protective action.
Dose
Apply LIETO at 0.45 kg/hectare in 200-500 litres of water per hectare. Apply as a MEDIUM quality spray.
Maximum total dose per crop: 2.7 kg/ha.
Under high disease pressure a tank mix of LIETO with a protectant fungicide product can be particularly effective.
