DIRECTIONS FOR USE
IMPORTANT: This information is approved as part of the Product Label. All instructions within this section must be read carefully in order to obtain safe and successful use of this product

RESTRICTIONS/WARNINGS
For wheat (including durum wheat) and rye: do not use after the BBCH 65 growth stage. For triticale and spelt: do not use after the BBCH 49-50 growth stage.

DISEASE CONTROL
PROPERTY 180 SC is a fungicide based on pyriofenone which is an active substance belonging to the benzoylpyridine chemical family (FRAC code U8). PROPERTY 180 SC is a fungicide for use against Powdery mildew (Blumeria graminis) with protectant properties on winter and spring wheat, durum wheat, triticale, spelt and rye. The product acts preventatively against powdery mildew and provides some curative control in the latent phase.

PROPERTY 180 SC acts mainly by preventing the formation of haustoria and by inhibiting the growth of mycelium and sporulation. The vapour re-distribution properties provide complete and long-lasting protection of target plants together with some curative control of mildew in the latent phase.

PROPERTY 180 SC is not affected by rain falling one hour after application provided the spray deposit has completely dried. For optimum effi cacy, rain should not fall for at least 3 hours after application.

RESISTANCE MANAGEMENT
PROPERTY 180 SC contains pyriofenone which is a benzoylpyridine fungicide. Apply PROPERTY 180 SC according to the label instructions. Only single applications per crop are permitted

PROPERTY 180 SC can be used as part of a resistance management strategy that includes using it in mixtures or sequences with products that are effective against Powdery mildew and that have a different mode of action, and in combination with cultural control methods.

To reduce the risk of resistance developing, where mildew is established at the time of application (infestation of 5% or more), PROPERTY 180 SC must be used in mixture with a mildewicide with an alternative mode of action, such as fenpropidin or fenpropimorph.

Use PROPERTY 180 SC as part of an Integrated Crop Management Strategy (ICM) incorporating other methods of control, including where appropriate, other fungicides with a different mode of action against Powdery mildew. Do not mix with products containing metrafenone.

CROP SPECIFIC INFORMATION
PROPERTY 180 SC can be used on winter wheat, spring wheat, durum wheat, triticale, spelt and rye.

Timing of application:
Apply PROPERTY 180 SC at the start of foliar disease attack. Treatment should be applied preventatively at the onset of disease development before its spread to new growth; this will generally be at BBCH growth stage 30/31 (the end of tillering up to the start of the stem extension growth stage). Later application can be made to winter and spring wheat, durum and rye crops up to BBCH growth stage 65 (full fl owering with 50% of the anthers showing). For triticale and spelt, later application can be made up to growth stage BBCH 49/50 (beginning of heading, fi rst spikelet just visible).
Maximum number of treatments: One per crop
Rate of application: Apply 0.5 L of PROPERTY 180 SC in 200 – 300 L of water per hectare as a MEDIUM spray quality (BCPC)

MIXING AND SPRAYING
Ensure the spray tank is clean before use.
Shake product container well before use
Half fi ll the spray tank with clean water and start the agitation. Pour in the required amount of product. Rinse any empty containers thoroughly and add rinsing to the spray tank. Add the remainder of the water and continue agitation until spraying is completed. Keep the spray solution agitated until all product is applied. Never prepare more spray solution than required. Triple rinse empty product containers and add the diluted product remainder to the spray solution. When tank mixes are to be used, each product should be added separately to the spray tank.

TANK CLEANING
Thoroughly wash all spraying and measuring equipment with water immediately after use. Wear suitable protective clothing (coveralls), suitable protective gloves (nitrile), rubber boots and face protection (face shield) when cleaning the spray equipment. Dispose of washings and cleaned containers according to local authority guidance.

TANK MIXING
Powdery mildew fungicides are often applied in tank mixture in order to widen the spectrum of disease control. Depending upon the effi cacy and properties of the associated tank mixture, it may be possible to reduce the dose of PROPERTY® 180 SC to 0.3 L/ha. Always use with an eradicant partner where mildew is present.

RE-ENTRY PERIOD
Do not re-enter treated crops for 6 hours after treatment.

SUCCEEDING CROPS
After treating a cereal crop with PROPERTY® 180 SC, oilseed rape, maize, potato, sugar beet, kidney bean, soybean, pea, onion, turnip, lettuce, fl ax, oat, barley and wheat can be planted as succeeding crops.
