FORMULATION AND ACTIVE INGREDIENT: TERN is an emulsifiable concentrate containing 750 g/l (81.8% w/w) fenpropidin.

TARGETS: Controls Powdery Mildew and protects against Yellow Rust and Brown Rust on wheat. Controls Powdery Mildew and protects against Rhynchosporium, Yellow Rust and Brown Rust on barley. Controls Powdery Mildew on oats.
WATER VOLUME AND SPRAY QUALITY: Apply TERN in a minimum of 200 litres of water per hectare.

OTHER SPECIFIC RESTRITIONS: Disease control may be reduced if strains of the pathogen less sensitive to TERN develop.
 RAINFASTNESS: 2 hours FOR USE ONLY AS: AN AGRICULTURAL FUNGICIDE.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Winter and Spring Wheat
Mildew
Apply during the early stages of disease development. Best results will be achieved when not more than 5% of the third leaf from the top of the plant is infected. A repeat spray may be necessary during prolonged or severe attacks.
Yellow and Brown Rust
Apply at the first sign of infection. Best results will be achieved when not more than 1% of any leaf is infected. In the event of moderate or high infection pressure or if disease is already well established, TERN should be tank mixed with a fungicide which is strongly active against rusts.

Winter and Spring Barley
Mildew
Apply during the early stages of disease development. Best results will be achieved when not more than 5% of the third leaf from the top of the plant is infected. A repeat spray may be necessary during prolonged or severe attacks.
Rhynchosporium
Apply at the first signs of infection. Best results will be achieved when not more than 2% of any leaf is infected. Where there is moderate or high infection pressure or if disease is already present in the crop, TERN should be tank mixed with a fungicide which is strongly active against Rhynchosporium.
Yellow and Brown Rust
200 Apply at the first signs of infection. Best results will be achieved when not more than 1% of any leaf is infected. Where there is moderate or high infection pressure or if disease is already present in the crop, TERN should be tank mixed with a fungicide which is strongly active against rusts.

MIXING AND SPRAYING
Make sure the sprayer is set to give an even application at the correct volume. Fill the sprayer tank with half the required quantity of clean water and begin agitation. Add the required quantity of TERN and continue agitation whilst adding the rest of the water. Agitate the mixture thoroughly before use and continue agitation during spraying. Thoroughly wash all spray equipment with water immediately after use.
APPLICATION
Volume Apply TERN in a minimum of 200 litres of water per hectare. Timing The timing of the application of TERN will depend on the disease or diseases present. See individual diseases under crop headings.
