INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
FOR USE ONLY AS A HOME GARDEN WEEDKILLER.
WHEN TO USE:
Use April-November, when weeds are actively growing. The ideal time for treating perennial weeds is June to August. Use on a dry calm day, re-treat if rain falls within 8 hours of application.
WHERE TO USE:
Tumbleweed Ready to use is a multipurpose weedkiller. It can be used on:
Gravel areas, paths and drives
Around sheds and greenhouses
Along fences
Ground clearance before autumn or spring digging
Killing old lawns before re-seeding or turfing Tumbleweed Ready to use can be applied right up to the edge of cultivated areas and lawns
HOW TO USE:
Shake well before spraying.
1. Press down firmly on top of trigger head immediately behind yellow nozzle to depress safety tab.
2. At the same time, twist nozzle to spray position (1/4 turn either way).
3. Hold the sprayer approximately 50cm away from the target weed. Apply the spray evenly to lightly wet the leaves. Do not drench.
4. Turn nozzle to 'off' position after spraying. Allow the spray to dry before walking or playing on treated areas.
TIPS: PLANTING AND SOWING
Where a light covering of annual weeds has been treated plant / sow one day after spraying
Where a dense covering of annual and / or perennial weeds has been treated plant / sow 7 days after spraying. Tumbleweed Ready to use starts to attack the weed immediately with results visible after 2-4 weeks.
Problem weeds may require repeat treatment if new growth appears. CAUTION: Tumbleweed Ready to use kills all green plant growth including lawn grasses. DO NOT Apply to lawns and plants if you want to keep them. Avoid all contact by spray and spray drift with cultivated plants and desired vegetation.
