Herachlor
HERACHLOR is a selective pre-emergence herbicide that contains 50% butachlor as its active ingredient. It is effective against a wide range of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds, including Echinochloa crus-galli (Barnyard grass), Leptochloa chinensis (Sprangletop), Cyperus iria (Rice flatsedge), and Ludwigia octovalvis (Water primrose). Herachlor is a systemic herbicide, which means that it is absorbed by the roots of the weeds and translocated throughout the plant, where it inhibits cell division and growth, leading to the death of the weeds.
