Sahib Rice Pole Star is a selective post-emergence herbicide that effectively controls a broad spectrum of annual and perennial grasses in rice fields. It contains 71% metsulfuron methyl as its active ingredient and is an emulsifiable concentrate (EC) formulation. It is easy to mix with water and can be applied to rice fields as a foliar spray.

Mode of Action

Sahib Rice Pole Star is absorbed through the leaves and shoots of target weeds and translocates throughout the plant. It disrupts the plant's cell division and growth processes, leading to the death of the treated weeds.

Application Instructions

Sahib Rice Pole Star should be applied as a foliar spray to actively growing weeds during the post-emergence stage of rice development.
