General Information:

Strider is a post-emergence herbicide that contains the active ingredient bispyribac sodium. It is effective against a wide range of grasses and sedges in rice. Strider is a systemic herbicide with contact and root uptake.

Mode of Action:

Bispyribac sodium is an acetolactate synthase (ALS) inhibitor herbicide. ALS is an enzyme that is involved in the biosynthesis of essential amino acids in plants. Application:

For example, to control barnyardgrass (Echinochloa crus-galli) in rice, Strider can be applied as a post-emergence herbicide at a dose of 200 ml per hectare.
