General Information:

Tridium is a broad-spectrum fungicide that contains three active ingredients: azoxystrobin, mancozeb, and tebuconazole. It is effective against a wide range of fungal diseases in a variety of crops, including cereals, fruits, vegetables, and ornamentals.

Mode of Action:

Tridium works by combining three different modes of action to control fungal diseases.

• Azoxystrobin is a strobilurin fungicide that inhibits the electron transport chain in fungal cells.
• Mancozeb is a multi-site fungicide that disrupts a variety of cellular processes in fungal cells.
• Tebuconazole is a triazole fungicide that inhibits the production of ergosterol, which is a component of fungal cell membranes.

Application:

Tridium can be applied as a foliar spray. The recommended dose and application method will vary depending on the crop to be protected and the disease to be controlled. 

Here are some additional tips for applying Tridium to cucumbers:

• Apply Tridium in the morning or evening when the temperature is cool.
• Avoid applying Tridium in windy conditions.
• Apply Tridium to dry cucumber plants.
• Water the cucumber plants after applying Tridium.

Precautions:

• Tridium is a selective fungicide, but it can harm some crops if applied incorrectly. It is important to read and follow the label directions carefully.
• Tridium is not rain fast. Therefore, it should not be applied if rain is expected within 4 hours of application.
• Tridium is toxic to fish and other aquatic organisms. Therefore, it should not be applied near water bodies.
