For the treatment of Pea seed to control Damping-off, Downy Mildew and Ascochyta spp.

GENERAL INFORMATION
WAKIL XL contains both contact and systemically acting seed treatment fungicides for the control of seed-borne diseases such as the Ascochyta complex, Damping-off and the primary infection of Downy Mildew (both soil and seed-borne).

MIXING
To prepare the suspension
Partly fill the mixing tank with water and add the required quantity of WAKIL XL to the water. Switch on agitation system or stir manually and add the remainder of the water to the required volume.

APPLICATION
To apply the suspension
The seed treater should be calibrated with WAKIL XL before use as flow characteristics may not be the same as for other seed treatments. Add the suspension at the start of the conveyor to ensure satisfactory seed coverage and maintain agitation to prevent settling out.

EQUIPMENT
WAKIL XL can be applied in any calibrated continuous flow seed treater or rotating drum. Thoroughly wash all treating equipment after use.

COMPATIBILITY
WAKIL XL is compatible with other commonly used seed treatment fungicides, insecticides and polymer coatings.

STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding temperatures above 35°C. When stored appropriately this product should show no significant degradation for 2 years from the date of manufacture. Contact your supplier for further information about the use of any product that is older than this.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is an offence to use this product on animals.

PEAS
Disease: Damping-off, Downy Mildew, Ascochyta spp
Rate: 2 kg/tonne of pea seed
Critical comments: Apply as a slurry using sufficient water to ensure an even and thorough seed coating.

It is an offence for users of this product to cause residues exceeding the relevant MRL in the New Zealand (Maximum Residue Limits of Agricultural Compounds) Food Standards.
