GENERAL INFORMATION
MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide is a Suspension Concentrate formulation. Following application to plant foliage, MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide is fully systemic, moving through phloem and xylem to all plant tissues including new shoot, leaf and root growth. MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide is active primarily by ingestion by immature insect life stages. Application should be timed to coincide with an early threshold level in developing insect populations. MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide can be applied by airblast, aerial and ground application equipment.

STORAGE
To prevent contamination, store this product away from food or feed.
MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide is packaged in poly-ethylene containers. Do not allow product or containers to freeze. Store in a cool, dry place and in such a manner as to prevent cross contamination with other pesticides, fertilizers, food, and feed. Store in original container and out of the reach of children, preferably in a locked storage area.
Handle and open container in a manner as to prevent spillage. If container is leaking, invert to prevent leakage. If the container is leaking or material is spilled for any reason or cause, carefully dam up spilled material to prevent runoff. Do not walk through spilled material. Absorb spilled material with absorbing type compounds and dispose of as directed for pesticides below. In spill or leak incidents, keep unauthorized people away.

DISPOSAL
For Recyclable Containers: Do not reuse this container for any purpose. This is a recyclable container, and is to be disposed of at a container collection site. Contact your local distributor/dealer or municipality for the location of the nearest collection site. Before taking the container to the collection site:
1. Triple- or pressure-rinse the empty container. Add the rinsings to the spray mixture in the tank.
2. Make the empty, rinsed container unsuitable for further use.
If there is no container collection site in your area, dispose of the container in accordance with provincial requirements.
Disposal of Unused, Unwanted Product: For information on disposal of unused, unwanted product, contact the manufacturer or the provincial regulatory agency. Contact the manufacturer and the provincial regulatory agency in case of a spill, and for cleanup of spills.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
TREE AND VINE CROPS
Apply specified dosage of MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide early in the infestation as the population begins to develop or at early threshold for the target insect pest. The degree of control or suppression of labeled pests will be determined, in part, by the stage of pest development at application and infestation level of those pests. Do not exceed the maximum amount of Movento 240 SC Insecticide per season.
Application rates within this label are based on mature trees and vines. Higher rates should be used for moderate to heavy insect pressure or where longer residual control is desired. Minimum application volumes: 500 L/ha for conventional ground airblast sprayer.

VEGETABLE and FIELD CROPS
For all crops, apply specified dosage of MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide. For best results treatment should be made when insect populations begin to build and before a damaging population becomes established. Rate selected for use should depend on stage of pest development at application and infestation level of those pests. Apply in adequate water for uniform coverage; minimum 300 L/ha by ground, except as otherwise indicated. Repeat application at a 7- to 10-day interval if monitoring indicates this is required. Do not exceed the maximum amount of Movento 240 SC Insecticide per season.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS AND USE LIMITATIONS
MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide must be tank-mixed with a spray adjuvant / additive having spreading and penetrating properties to maximize leaf uptake and systemicity of the active ingredient within treated plants. The adjuvant type must be one of the following: non-ionic (e.g., Agral 90 or Ag-surf), methylated seed oil (e.g., Hasten), or horticultural oil. Prior to the use of a surfactant with MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide in tree fruit and grapes, the mixture must be tested in a small area to ensure no risk of phytotoxicity. Use of any blended adjuvant is not permitted. Horticultural oil adjuvants may be used on pome fruit only. DO NOT use MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide on pear trees when fruit is present due to the possibility of adverse effects on the harvested commodity. It is widely known that a tank-mix and/or sequential treatments that include adjuvants with Captan may cause adverse effects in tree fruit and grapes; including MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide in this tank-mix and/or sequential treatment scenario is not recommended. DO NOT tank-mix MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide with sulphur.
DO NOT apply to table grapes.
Apply only when the potential for drift to areas of human habitation or areas of human activity such as houses, cottages, schools and recreational areas is minimal. Take into consideration wind speed, wind direction, temperature, application equipment and sprayer settings.
DO NOT apply this product directly to freshwater habitats (such as lakes, rivers, sloughs, ponds, prairie potholes, creeks, marshes, streams, reservoirs and wetlands), estuarine/ marine habitats.
DO NOT contaminate irrigation or drinking water supplies or aquatic habitats by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes.
Field sprayer application: DO NOT apply during periods of dead calm. Avoid application of this product when winds are gusty. DO NOT apply with spray droplets smaller than the American Society of Agricultural Engineers (ASAE) fine classification. Boom height must be 60 cm or less above the crop or ground.
Airblast application: DO NOT apply during periods of dead calm. Avoid application of this product when winds are gusty. DO NOT direct spray above plants to be treated. Turn off outward pointing nozzles at row ends and outer rows. DO NOT apply when wind speed is greater than 16 km/h at the application site as measured outside of the treatment area on the upwind side.
Aerial application: DO NOT apply during periods of dead calm. Avoid application of this product when winds are gusty. DO NOT apply when wind speed is greater than 16 km/h at flying height at the site of application. DO NOT apply with spray droplets smaller than the American Society of Agricultural Engineers (ASAE) fine classification. To reduce drift caused by turbulent wingtip vortices, the nozzle distribution along the spray boom length MUST NOT exceed 65% of the wing- or rotor-span.

ROTATIONAL CROPS
Plant back interval: A plant back restriction of 30 days is required for all crops not on the label.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide is subject to phase separation during storage. Vigorous shaking to re-suspend the product is required before using.
The proper mixing procedure for MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide is:
1) Fill the spray tank 1/2 full with clean water;
2) Add the required amount of MOVENTO 240 SC Insecticide,
3) Fill spray tank to desired level and maintain constant agitation to ensure uniformity of spray mixture.
